Raised by a teacher and a postal worker in suburban NJ, Adam picked up the guitar at an early age. Music was a big part of the Najemian household and influenced his interests early on.

After playing throughout northern NJ for several years with different bands and as a solo act, Adam is now based in Brooklyn and plays throughout greater NYC.

His music influences continue to evolve, as does his sound. Over the years, Adam has taken inspiration from Delta blues, folk, country all the way up to modern-day Americana.

Adam has opened for and played with several big names in the music industry, including Grammy-nominated artist Danielle Nicole, Brandon “Taz” Niederauer, Tab Benoit, Samantha Fish, Pat Dinizio of The Smithereens, Eric Steckel, Shemekia Copeland, Matt Schofield, and Billy Hector.
